Welcome to the official contract page for Birmingham Law Centre. Below you will find the legal terms and conditions that govern our services and the expectations for all parties involved. Please review the following contract carefully and reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

Contract Agreement

This Contract Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Birmingham Law Centre, hereinafter referred to as “the Centre”, and the Client, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.

WHEREAS, the Centre is a reputable law firm licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama, and the Client seeks legal representation;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:


The Centre agrees to provide legal services to the Client in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state of Alabama. These services may include but are not limited to, legal consultations, representation in court, and legal document preparation.


The Client agrees to compensate the Centre for the services rendered in accordance with the fee schedule agreed upon at the commencement of representation. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of an invoice.


This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for all fees and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama.
